Ltd, the lender and secondly, permitting withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court by respondent nos.4 and 5 by way of security deposit during the pendency of the arbitration proceedings and permitting the amount to be utilised by Resolution Professional (RP). Mr.Naushad Engineer, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner who has filed Section 9 Petition as well as the learned counsel appearing for the RP, seek some time to obtain instructions to arrive at a workable arrangement amongst themselves.
