Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that since no disclosures have been made in pursuance of the order dated 15th July 2025, this Court may direct issuance of bailable warrant of arrest against the Director of the Respondent viz. Niteen Parulekar, residing at 11th Floor, CTS No.844 to 845, Skyper, Near Pali Market Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai - 400 050 and office at Bunit No.9, 1st Floor, Plot CS 445, Madhu Industrial Estate, Pandurang Budhkar, Worli, Mumbai - 400 013.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, Registry is directed to issue bailable warrant of arrest against the Director of the Respondent viz. Niteen Parulekar in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, returnable on 27th April 2026. 3.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police Station for the execution of the bailable warrant. 4.

The Senior Inspector of the concerned Police Station to have the said bailable warrant executed and secure the presence of the Director of the Respondent viz. Niteen Parulekar on the next date. 5.

Let the Director of the Respondent viz. Niteen Parulekar remain present in Court on the next date.
