25-IA-1387-2023.doc Rs.5,00,000/- has been deposited in this Court and Rs.2,40,000/- has been deposited with the Bank and a balance of Rs.1,60,000/- remains. Mr. Rathi, learned Counsel submits that Respondent No.3 has already spoken with the Bank and requested for time of one month to make the payment of the balance amount of Rs.1,60,000/-. 2.

Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and leaves it to the orders of this Court.

Let payment of Rs.1,60,000/- be made within a period of one month.
