By this Interim Application, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks a post-grant amendment to the Schedule of the Petition for Probate annexed to the Petition and consequential amendments thereof in the Schedule-I of the Petition in respect of the movable properties of the deceased.

Upon hearing the learned Advocate for the Applicant and considering the reasons set in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Application, I find no impediment in granting the amendment. 3.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
