This is an Application for amendment to the schedule appended to the captioned Testamentary Petition. The Testamentary Petition was filed by probate of the last Will and Testament of one Madanlal Sharma. This Court had vide an order dated 24 th October, 2016 granted probate in respect of the said Will to the Applicant, who is the wife of the deceased. By way of the present amendment, Learned Counsel seeks to add assets which were standing in the name of the deceased and were inadvertently omitted to be mentioned in the Petition.

Having heard Learned Counsel and accepting the submissions made that the said assets were not mentioned on account of inadvertency, the Interim Shubham 1/2

2 9-IA-3464-2024.doc Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "a) That this Hon'ble Court may allow to amend the schedule of the Petition as per Exhibit B annexed hereto and subsequently in the original grant Probate of with consequential amendments if any,"

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. Reverification is not dispensed with.
