Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. 2.

This application is preferred for post grant amendment in the Schedule of Assets appended to the petition. In the application, it is averred that, inadvertently, the area of the flat more particularly described at Entry No.1 in the Schedule of Assets was incorrectly mentioned as 250 sq. ft. instead of 354 sq. ft. The proposed amendment appears to be essentially in the nature of correction of an error in mentioning the area of the flat. I do not find any impediment in allowing the application.
