This Interim Application seeks transfer of execution proceedings from this Court to the City Civil Court, Bangalore. 2.

Mr. Jain, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that the service of the Application has been effected and that since the immovable properties are in Bangalore, this Court may allow the Application.

Mr. Jain has taken this Court through paragraphs 5 to 10 of the Application in support of his contentions.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered his submissions, and also having perused the Application, with his assistance, this Court is of the view that the Application be allowed in terms of the prayer Clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) Transfer the said Execution Proceedings from Hon'ble Bombay High Court to Hon'ble City Civil Court, Bangalore." 5.

The Interim Application is accordingly allowed and disposed as above.
