This Interim Application is filed praying for restoration of Writ Petition which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 8 March 2024 by virtue of which on 30 March 2024 the petition came to be dismissed. The application for restoration was filed in November 2025. There is delay of 219 days.

We have perused the averments as made in the application. Considering the nature of the cause as also the averments, we are of the opinion that the application needs to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), however, subject to payment of cost of Rs.15,000/- to be deposited with the "High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai", having Account No.000120110001337, Bank of India, Mumbai Main Branch, Mumbai, IFSC Code : BKID0000001.
