When the matter is called out, Ms.Bijal Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that despite orders of this Court on 10th July 2025 after hearing the Advocate for the Respondents no.2 and 3, no disclosures have been made till date and that this Court may direct issuance of bailable warrant against the Respondent no.2. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions in the light of the order dated 10th July 2025, this Court is avk 1/2

35-IA-3486-2024.doc of the view that bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- be issued against the Respondent no.2, returnable on 9th October 2025. 3.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police station for the execution of the bailable warrant. The Senior Police Inspector of the concerned Police station to have the said bailable warrant executed and secure the presence of the Respondent no.2 on the next date.

Let the Respondent no.2 remain present in the Court on the next date.
