G. Saraf a/w Suyash Kalbhor for the Applicants. ----------------- CORAM : ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.

DATE : 23RD JANUARY, 2025 P.C.:- 1.

This Court had vide an order dated 3 rd July, 2024 granted Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of one Pankaj Sadh (the deceased). 2.

Mr. Saraf, Learned Counsel for the Applicants points out that it was only after the grant of the Letters of Administration that it was found that the name of the deceased as also the name of the Applicants/Petitioners were incorrectly mentioned in the captioned Testamentary Petition. He has invited my attention to paragraph 2 of the Interim Application which sets out that on a perusal of the Aadhar Card of the Petitioners, it was noted that the correct name of the Petitioner No.1 was Nilesh Bhagwat Sadh and not Nilesh Bhan Sadh S/o Shubham 1/2

2 15-IA-3497-2024.doc Bhagwat Bhan Sadh. However, when asked as to on what basis correction in the name of the deceased was sought for, Learned Counsel sought time to produce the relevant documents. He may do so by filing an additional affidavit. 3.
