This Court had vide an order dated 3 rd July, 2024 granted the Applicants Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of one Pankaj Sadh (the deceased). By way of the present Interim Application what is sought is an amendment to the Letters of Administration which had been granted by this Court in favour of the Applicants. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants points out that the names of the Applicant No.1 and the deceased had been incorrectly mentioned in the Testamentary Petition and it is thus that the present amendment has been sought for.

This Court had vide an order dated 23 rd January, 2025 directed the Applicants to file an additional affidavit.

Learned Counsel today has filed the additional affidavit setting out the correct names of Applicant No.1 and the deceased as also why the same was inadvertently mentioned in the Petition.

Having perused the additional affidavit, I find sufficient cause has been shown to allow the amendment. Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"a) Allow the petitioners to amend the Petition as per the schedule being Exhibit - "B" annexed hereto and make necessary consequential amendments to the original grant of Letters of Administration." 6.

Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
