This Court had on 11 th September 2024 granted Succession Certificate in respect of certain belonging to one Shrikrishna Vishnu Bhide @ Bhide Shrikrishna Vishnu ('the deceased') to the Applicant. The said grant was uncontested.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that after the grant of Succession Certificate, the Applicant received a letter Mugdha

2 20-IA 3498-24 in TP 545-24.doc dated 30 th September 2024 from one Linkintime (Share Transfer Agent) stating that the folio numbers in the Schedule appended to the Testamentary Petition were incorrect. It is thus that the present Interim Application has been filed. 3.

Having heard Learned Counsel, perusing the papers and proceedings, I find that sufficient cause has been made out which warrants the amendment. Hence, the present Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court may permit the amendment to the schedule of the Petition and subsequently to the Grant of Succession Certificate dated 11-09-2024 as per Exhibit B attached to this interim application, and any consequential amendments as necessary."

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. 6.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
