This Court had on 31 st January, 2023 granted the Applicant a Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to late Chandrakant Danabhai Thalesar alias Soni (the deceased). 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that after the issuance of the said Succession Certificate, the Applicant became aware of one share certificate in the joint name of one Mrs. Saroj Oza as also 344 shares of Reliance Industries Ltd. standing in the name of the deceased at Sr.No.10 to 15 of the schedule of debts and securities appended to the Application. It is thus that the present Interim Application has been filed seeking to amend the schedule. Shubham 1/2

2 17-IA-3502-2024.doc Learned Counsel has further invited my attention to the amended schedule, which reflects the same.

Having heard Learned Counsel as also having perused the Interim Application and annexures, I find sufficient cause has been shown to allow the application. Interim Application is thus allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit/allow the Applicant to carry out Amendment in terms of Exhibit -C hereto in the Schedule - I being Exhibit-E to the above Petition after Sr. No.15 of Reliance Industries Ltd. as Sr. No.15-A;"

Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
