This Appeal under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed against an order dated 11th August 2014 passed in the Arbitration Petition No. 1088 of 2010. A Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the Petitioner under Section 34 of the Act has been partly allowed and the Award passed by the Arbitrator has been partly modified.
