The present Interim Application is filed for amendment to the plaint by incorporating the name of the Applicant in place and stead of the name of original Plaintiff namely Jivesh Developers and Properties Private Limited. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the original Plaintiff has been merged into the Applicant. There is no opposition to this Interim Shubham 1/2

The same is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- (a) The Applicants be permitted to amend the Plaint and proceedings by incorporating the name of Applicants herein in place and stead of Jivesh Developers & Properties Pvt. Ltd., the Original Plaintiff with consequential amendment.

Amendments to be carried out on or before 21 st April, 2025.

Reverification is dispensed with.
