Ms. Gogri, the learned Counsel for the Applicant states that an attempt was made to serve the Respondents. However, the SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT tracking report of consignment received shows remark "Item Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2025.01.07 17:50:16 +0530 Returned No such person in the address.". An Affidavit of Service dated 5th November 2024 had been filed to that effect. She has accordingly, sought for substituted service to be granted. 1/2

In view thereof, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondents by way of substituted service, i.e. paper publication in the two widely circulated newspapers viz. Free Press Journal (English language) and Navshakti (in Marathi language) in Mumbai where the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have their registered address and residence respectively.

The substituted service shall be effected within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.

An Affidavit of Service shall be filed to that effect prior to the next date.

5.

Interim Application shall be placed for consideration on 10th February 2025.
