The Commissioner is recording the cross examination of the Plaintiff and for which the learned Advocate for the Defendant has sought for additional two sessions to conclude the cross examination of the Plaintiff.

The Commissioner shall accordingly fix the two additional sessions for completion of the cross examination of the 1/2

It is given to understand that the earlier dates had been fixed during the summer vacation and hence, the cross examination of the Plaintiff has not been concluded.

Hence, the Commissioner shall attempt to conclude the recording of cross examination of the Plaintiff by 8th September, 2025.
