Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.6 who died during the pendency of this Petition. The notice was issued to the proposed legal heirs of respondent No.6. Respondent No.6A is duly served. Learned counsel submits that the other proposed legal heirs have been intimated by the postal authority as per the record of the Postal Department.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The legal heirs of respondent No.6 are permitted to be brought on record.

The consequential amendments to be carried out in the cause title within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
