Advocate for the Petitioner for approval of draft Bank Guarantee.

Pursuant to Order dated 24.01.2025 read with 26.02.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court in IAL/3592/2024, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner tenders draft of Bank Guarantee of HDFC Bank Ltd., 2nd Floor, Trade Finance Department, Zenith House, Keshavrao Khade Marg, Opp. Race Course Gate No. 5 and 6, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai - 400 034 in prescribed format for its approval.

Today, office suggested some minor corrections in aforesaid draft of Bank Guarantee, to which Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner is agreeable. Ld. Advocate for the Respondent gives no objection for approval of aforesaid draft of Bank Guarantee as per corrections made therein.

In view thereof, aforesaid draft of Bank Guarantee is approved as per corrections made therein. The Petitioner to engross approved draft of Bank Guarantee and submit copy of engrossed Bank Guarantee with the office as per aforesaid Orders of the Hon'ble Court. The Petitioner to serve copy of engrossed Bank Guarantee upon other side. Office to take follow up action.
