Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This application is filed for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration granted by an order dated 24 February 2018. In the application, it is averred, inadvertently the securities which are now sought to be included by way of amendment and described in the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit E), were not included in the Schedule of Properties. 3.

The applicant has filed an additional affidavit. Copies of the correspondence evidencing the fact that the said securities were held by the deceased are annexed to the additional affidavit. 4.

Thus, I do not find any impediment in allowing the application. 5.

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 6.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment SSP 1/2

Post amendment grant expedited.
