By way of the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks to amend the name of the Applicant as appearing in the cause title of the Testamentary Petition. This Court had on 11 th July, 2024 issued the Letters of Administration to the Applicant after consent of all the legal heirs. Thereafter it was noticed that name of the Applicant's father was inadvertently mentioned as Vadhyar Aiyar instead of Narayan Aiyar alias Narayan Iyer and it is thus that the present Interim Application has been filed.

Having heard Learned Counsel as also perused the Interim Application, I find that the same deserves to be allowed. Shubham 1/2

The Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) The Grant of Letters of Administration granted on 11 th July, 2024 to the Applicant viz. "Anand Narayan, S/o. Vadhyar Aiyar" be corrected to read as "Anand Narayan, S/o. Narayan Aiyar alias Narayan Iyer;" 4.
