When the matter is called out, Mr. Chalke, learned Counsel appears for the Respondents No. 1 and 2 and submits that the matter has been settled with the Applicant/Judgment Debtor for Rs. 25.50 crs, out of which Rs. 7 Crs have already been paid. 2.

Ms. Tanna, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant/Judgment Creditor and tenders across the bar a Board resolution of the Respondent No. 1 to settle the dues of the Applicant for Rs. 25.50 Crs. 3.

Ms. Tanna submits that however, the balance amount is yet to be received.
