Heard Mr. Joseph, learned Advocate for Applicant - Petitioner. 2.

Present Application is filed for dismissal of Caveat. However learned Advocate for Applicant has placed before the Court requisition dated 09.05.2025 which is a conditional order passed for removing of office objections in respect of the Caveat that has been filed. Since the objections have not been removed, learned Advocate informs the Court that Caveat has been rejected. In that view of the matter, no orders can be passed in present Interim Application. Interim Application is disposed.
