The captioned Testamentary Petition is filed for Letters of Administration without Will of Umadevi Dinesh Chaudhry @ Uma Dinesh Chaudhry ('the deceased'). The Petitioner is the son of the deceased. 2.

The present Interim Application seeks substitution of one Mr. Dinesh Trilokchand Chaudhry, who is husband of the deceased and father of the Applicant. The Petitioner however is not arrayed him as a party or no consent of Mr. Dinesh Trilokchand Chaudhry is placed on record. Mugdha
