The present Interim Application seeks a post grant amendment to the Letters of Administration granted to the Applicant in respect of the properties and credits of one Jagjit Kaur Avtar Singh Gill (the deceased). The Interim Application sets out that it was only after the receipt of the Letters of Administration that the Applicant noticed in the schedule of movable and immovable properties appended to the Petition, the deceased's share in the said properties listed therein was shown as 1/3 rd, whereas, the same should be 6/15 th.

On a perusal of the Interim Application, there is no explanation as to the basis on which the correction is now sought for. Hence, let a further affidavit be filed by the Applicant setting out the basis on which the Applicant now contends that the share of the deceased in the schedule of assets should read as 6/15 th instead of 1/3 rd. Let the said affidavit be filed within a period of two weeks from today.
