This Court had vide an order dated 8 th September 2024 granted Letters of Administration to the property and credits of one Sayed Muntazir Mehedi ('the deceased') to the Applicant.

The Applicant seeks amendment to the Schedule of assets of the deceased appended to the Petition, since it the Applicant's case that post the grant, the Applicant has became aware that there are two additional properties standing in the name of the deceased.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant has invited my attention to an Additional Affidavit of the Applicant to which is annexed two letters of MHADA addressed to the deceased which sets out the details of the said properties. Learned Counsel points out that the said letters came to the knowledge of the Applicant only after the grant of the said Letters of Administration. It is thus that the present Interim Application has been filed. 4.

Having heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant as also having perused the Interim Application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause to allow the Interim Application has been made out.

Hence, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:- "a) That the Petitioner be permitted to add and amend as per the Exhibit "B" annexed to Interim Application of the Original Petition." 6.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
