Chamber Order No. 372 of 2024 is filed by petitioner Nos.1, 2, 4 to 11, 15 to 18 in the above petition for recording name of Mr. Sachin J. Kadam as an Advocate on record. However, there is already an Advocate representing the petitioners. We find that No Objection Certificate issued by earlier Advocate is on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, seeks leave to delete the names of petitioner Nos.1, 2, 4 to 11, 15 to 18 from the array of the petition as he is authorised to represent only these petitioners. Faced with this difficulty, he seeks leave on behalf of the aforesaid petitioners to withdraw from the petition Amk 1/2

The petitioner Nos. 1, 2, 4 to 11, 15 to 18 are allowed to withdraw the petition. Their names be deleted from the array of the petitioners in the in the cause title with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 627 of 2021 should take appropriate steps for deleting the names of petitioner Nos.1, 2, 4 to 11 and 15 to 18 from the array of the petition. Liberty is granted to petitioner Nos.1, 2, 4 to 11 and 15 to 18 to file a fresh petition.

It is made clear that we have not considered the merits of the petition. If such a fresh petition is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The period spent in prosecuting the petition shall enure to the benefit of the petitioners.

Chamber Order No. 372 of 2024 is disposed of. 6.

Consequently, Interim Application No. 3686 of 2024 is also disposed of.

7.

List the petition as per the due date.
