By this interim application, the applicant has prayed that the petition, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of the office objections, be restored to the file of this Court 2.

Having perused the averments made in the application, we are of the opinion that the petitioner be permitted to remove the office objections within four weeks from today and the petition be restored to the file of this Court. We, accordingly, allow the interim application in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

Ad-interim order, if any, passed earlier shall continue to operate till the adjourned date of hearing.
