The Applicant who is the original Petitioner seeks restoration of Writ Petition (L) No.31983 of 2023, which was dismissed for non removal of office objection by the order dated 8th March, 2024, passed by this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the order dated 8th March, 2024, passed by this Court is hereby recalled,

Vina Khadpe 40.os.ia.3698.2024 and the Writ Petition is restored to file. The delay of 115 days in filing the present Interim Application is hereby condoned in the interest of the principles of natural justice for the reasons mentioned in the Application.

The Petitioner is directed to remove office objections within a period of three weeks from today.
