This matter was briefly heard and after hearing the parties, the Court requested the learned counsel Ms. Kapadia for the plaintiff to take instructions from her client on when they would execute Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement (PAA Agreement) with the defendants.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff, on instructions, states that her client would exchange the draft PAA Agreement by Tuesday i.e. 30 September 2025.

The defendants therefore, to peruse the PAA Agreement and give their views to the plaintiff by 6 October 2025. 4.

If there are some suggestions by the defendants, then the plaintiff and defendants are requested to have a joint meeting along with their respective advocates on 10 October 2025 at a neutral venue or in a meeting room of this High Court so that the issue can be ironed out. 5.

After PAA Agreement is finalised, the plaintiff is directed to get the document registered by informing the mutually convenient date of registration to the defendants. The said exercise should be completed on or before 31 October 2025.

List these matters on 14 November 2025 for further consideration. 7.

The present order though is in the application taken out by defendant no.5, same would apply to defendant nos.2 to 4 also. (JITENDRA JAIN, J.)
