The above Interim Application is filed by the Applicant/Original Respondent seeking to amend the cause title of the above Appeal in terms of Schedule 'A' annexed at Exhibit-C to the Interim Application. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Original Appellant fairly stated that the Appellant has no objection if the above OCTOBER 01, 2025 Parab, HG Steno

2.OS.IA.3737.2024.IN CEXA 130.2024.doc amendment is allowed. He further stated that if the amendment is allowed, the Appellant shall carry out the aforesaid amendment within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we allow the above Interim Application in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "(a) The Appellant be directed to amend the Cause Title as per Schedule A at Exhibit C;"

The aforesaid amendment shall be carried out by the Advocates of the Appellant within a period of four weeks from today, and the amended copy of the above Appeal and the papers and proceedings therein shall be served on the Respondent immediately thereafter. Re-verification is dispensed with. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.
