The present Interim Application seeks a post grant amendment. 2.

However, on a query to Learned Counsel for the Applicant as to when after grant of Succession Certificate the Applicant became aware of the fact that there are certain additional securities/shares standing in the name of the deceased and on what basis it was contended that those belonged to the deceased and/or the deceased was entitled to the same, she submitted that the Mugdha

2 22-IA 3746-24 in TP 4655-22.doc said facts were not set out in the Interim Application. She thus seeks time to file an Affidavit showing all these details. She may do so on or before the next date. 3.
