Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant seeks time to file an Additional Affidavit in support of the present Interim Application to bring on record the details of the letters addressed by various companies disclosing that the shares standing in the name of the deceased belonged to deceased. Additional Affidavit to be filed within a period of two weeks from today.

At this stage, he points out that in Paragraph 1 of the Interim Application, the words 'Succession Certificate in respect of certain Debts' are incorrectly mentioned, whereas the same needs to be corrected with the words 'Letters of Administration in respect of property and credits of the deceased'. He is at liberty to carry out amendment to this limited extent. 3.
