In view of Order dated 04.12.2025 passed in Interim Application No. 3747/2025 in Company Petition No. 985/2014 the present matter is listed on board for withdrawal of amount.

It appears that the petitioner filed Company Petition, seeking liquidation of respondent company. During pendency of petition, the Hon'ble Court appointed provisional Official Liquidator. Upon settlement between parties, the respondent paid 16 installments and rest amount of Rs. 15,30,000/- was deposited with this Hon'ble Court. The respondent against appointment of provisional Official Liquidator, filed Appeal No. 87 of 2018. The respondent deposited aforesaid amount in Appeal. In view of Order dated 14.02.2018, Appeal came to be disposed of as amount has been deposited by the respondent and the provisional Official Liquidator was discharged. The amount deposited by the respondent was invested by this office in Indian Overseas Bank, Nariman Point Branch, Mumbai. As on 23.02.2025, principal amount is Rs. 15,82,817/- alongwith accrued interest.

Petitioner filed application for withdrawal of aforesaid amount.

The petitioner is at liberty to move before the Hon'ble Court for appropriate directions in respect of withdrawal of aforesaid amount.
