By the present interim application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive relief:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to give direction to the Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to pay over to the Applicant (Orig. Petitioner) M/s. DMSONS Metal Private Limited, the said deposited amount of Rs. 15,30,000/- alongwith accrued interest upto date."

At the outset, Ms Thipsay appears on behalf of the official liquidator and points out that in fact in the present matter the official liquidator has Meera Jadhav

She, however, submits that she shall take instructions and since the Official Liquidator has arrayed as Respondent No.2 and on the next date inform the Court accordingly. She further submits that in the event a reply is to be filed, such reply will be served in advance on the Applicant. Stand over to 14 th November 2025.
