The Interim Application seeks the following reliefs: "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to give direction to the Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to pay over to the Applicant (Orig. Petitioner) M/s. DMSONS Metal Private Limited, the said deposited amount of Rs. 15,30,000/- alongwith accrued interest upto date. (b) The cost of this application be provided for." 2.
It is essentially submission of learned counsel for the Applicant that the amount of Rs. 15,30,000/- was deposited with the Prothonotary & Senior Master in Company Petition No. 985 Of 2014, which was instituted by Applicant/ Petitioner therein.

Learned counsel points out that the Company namely Hi-Tech Engineering Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. has since by an order dated 23 rd December, 2021 been permanently dissolved. It is thus that the present Application seeks withdrawal of the amount, which is lying deposited with the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this court.

The record does not indicate any application made by the Applicant to the Prothonotary & Senior Master for withdrawal of an amount, hence let the Applicant first take appropriate steps with the office of the Prothonotary & Senior Master for withdrawal of an amount. In the event, the applicant satisfies the Prothonotary & Senior Master that the Applicant is so entitled to such amount.
