The present Interim Application seeks a post grant amendment. The Applicant was granted Letters of Administration in respect of properties and credits of one Manoj Ravindra Modi on 22 nd January, 2024. After the grant, the application sets out that the Applicant became aware of certain other credits which stood in the name of the deceased.

Learned Counsel has invited my attention to the communication addressed to the Applicant by the Kotak Mahindra Bank setting this out. 3.

Having due regard to the submissions made as also having perused the application and annexures, I am satisfied that the Interim Application Shubham 1/2

2 17-IA-3749-2024.doc deserves to be allowed and is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"a) That the Petitioner be permitted to carry out amendment in terms of Schedule annexed as Exhibit C hereto."
