This Court had vide an order dated 24 th July, 2024 granted to the Applicant a Succession Certificate in respect of the debts and belonging to one Champaklal Trikamchand Sanghvi (the deceased). 2.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that after the grant of the Succession Certificate, it came to the knowledge of the Petitioner that there was certain inadvertent errors in the amounts mentioned in the schedule to the captioned Petition. It is thus that the present Interim Application has been filed seeking to correct those amounts.

On a query from the Court as to when and on what basis the Applicant became aware that the amounts mentioned in the schedule were incorrect, Learned Counsel submitted that the relevant material was not appended to the present Application. She however seeks leave to file an additional affidavit, in which she submits the Applicant would set out (i) as to when and how the Applicant became aware of the discrepancy in the amounts and (ii) the basis on which the Applicant is claiming the revision in the amounts. 4.
Let that affidavit be filed on or before 30 th January, 2025.
