Paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the Affidavit dated 26.07.2024 prima facie averred that there is no nexus or connection with respect to pendency of Testamentary Suit No.97 of 2017 in Testamentary Petition No.2080 of 2016 which has been alleged to have been filed by Plaintiff before this Court.

In view of the said averments made, the objections in the order dated 29.07.2024 and the previous order dated 10.06.2024, both passed by the Company Registrar / Testamentary Registrar stand complied with.
