This is an Application for amendment of the schedule appended to the captioned Testamentary Petition. The captioned Testamentary Petition was filed for Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of one Surajkumar Fakeerchand Sharma. This Court has vide an order dated 8 th July, 2024 allowed the Petition.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that after the Petition was allowed, it was noticed that in the schedule the description of the property was incorrect and it is thus an amendment is sought for in terms of the schedule appended to the present Interim Application.

Having heard Learned Counsel, I am satisfied that the schedule needs to be amended in view of the inadvertent error. The Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "(a) that the Applicant be allowed to amend the Testamentary Petition and grant of Letters of Administration dated 19 th September 2024 as per Schedule annexed hereto;"

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. Reverification is dispensed with.
