The Impugned Award which is admittedly is a product of an arbitrator appointed unilaterally is hereby set aside by consent of the parties. 3.

Since Learned Counsel for the Petitioners would need instructions to confirm that he would be willing to proceed to arbitration forthwith, leaving all his contentions open including limitation, the Petition is not being disposed of finally.
