The present Interim Application seeks a post grant amendment to the Schedule of the debts and securities appended to the captioned Testamentary Petition.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant however on perusal of the Interim Application does not sufficiently explain (i) how the Applicant became aware of the fact that the deceased had shares in Reliance Industries, and (ii) the basis on which it is claimed that the shares were stood in the name of the deceased at the time of his death. 3.

To enable the Applicant to sufficiently explained both these aspects, the Applicant is directed to file an Additional Affidavit. Let the same be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
