By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the Interim Application (Lodging) No.27023 of 2022. By the said Kartikeya, P.A.

20-WP-899-2020.doc application, the applicant was seeking to be impleaded in the writ petition.

The said application was dismissed for want of prosecution on 23.09.2024, as there was no appearance on behalf of the applicant (Sahyog Homes Limited).

For the reasons stated in the application, particularly in Paragraph Nos.7 and 8, we are inclined to allow the interim application in the interest of justice.

In view of the above, the instant application, i.e., Interim Application no.3890 of 2024 is allowed and consequently, the order dated 23.09.2024 is recalled. The Interim Application (Lodging) No.27023 of 2022 is restored.

The original petitioners in the writ petition are granted time of four weeks to file a reply affidavit in the restored interim application.
