This Court by an order dated 6 th November 2023, granted the Applicant letters of administration in respect of the properties and credits of one Rambal Meena alias Rambal Bholyaram Meena ("the deceased"). 2.

Ms. Surve, Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that after the grant of the amendment, the Applicant became aware that the description in the property more particularly set out in the schedule was incorrectly Ajit

2 13-IA-3893-2024.doc mentioned. She submits that while the said property was situated at "East" in stead of "West". It is thus, her submission that word "West" needs to corrected to read as "East". Her statement is accepted. It is thus that the amendment has been sought for.

Hence, the captioned Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

" (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to amend the above Testamentary Petition as per the "Schedule of Amendment" being Exhibit: "C" to the Interim Application and thereafter office be directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Schedule of Assets, annexed to the original Grant of Probate dated 12th July, 2024, issued by this Hon'ble Court in the Testamentary Petition No. 2157 of 2022."
