This Court had on 24 th November 2023 granted Letters of Administration in respect of property and credits of one Urmila Gordhan Navsariwala alias Urmila G. Navsariwala alias Urmila Navsariwala ('the deceased') to the Applicants. The said grant was uncontested. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants submits that after the grant was issued, it was observed in the Schedule appended to the Mugdha

2 23-IA 3895-24 in TP 4097-22.doc Petition that the Flat Number in Item No.5 was incorrectly mentioned as '204' whereas the same should be '604'.

When questioned as to what basis it was contended that the said Flat No.604 stood in the name of the deceased, she sought leave of the Court to place the same on record by way of filing an Additional Affidavit. 4.

Having heard Learned Counsel, I find that the Interim Application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), reproduced below, subject to the Affidavit in compliance to be filed within a period of two weeks from today.

"a) That the Applicants may be permitted to amend the Petition as mentioned in Exhibit "

B " of Interim Application along with consequential amendments thereto."

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. 7.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
