This Court had vide an Order dated 27 th November 2018 granted Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to Mr. Harikant Gangashankar Bhatt (Deceased) to the Petitioner. 2.

By way of the present Interim Application, Applicant seeks to amend the schedule appended to the Testamentary Petition by including details of certain other bank accounts stated to be in the name of the Deceased at the Ajit

The submission of learned Counsel is that the Applicant became aware of this bank accounts on a communication received from the banks in question.

However, on a query from the Court as to which this communication was? the learned Counsel submitted that the same was not on record. He seeks leave to file an Additional Affidavit placing the said communication on record.

Additional Affidavit to be filed within the period of one week from today.

6.

List the matter on 4 th February 2025.
