This Court had vide an order dated 27 th November 2018 granted the Applicant a Succession Certificate in respect of debts and securities belonging to one Harikant Gangashankar Bhatt ('the deceased'). 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant points out that after the death of the deceased, it came to the Applicant's knowledge that the deceased had certain other bank accounts, more particularly listed in the Mugdha

2 28-IA 3896-24.doc schedule of amendment, which the Applicant was not aware of when the Testamentary Petition was filed. Learned Counsel has placed reliance upon an Additional Affidavit dated 28 th January 2025, in which the details of how the Applicant became aware of the additional bank accounts have been set out. 3.

Having heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant as also having perused the Interim Application and Additional Affidavit, I find that sufficient cause has been set out to allow the Interim Application. 4.

Hence, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"(a) that the Applicant be allowed to amend Schedule-I of the property in the Succession Certificate granted by this Hon'ble Court on 27/11/2018 in Testamentary Petition No.2140 of 2017, as per Schedule-A annexed hereto for including Bank account details at Sr.Nos. 1 to 8 as per Schedule-A annexed hereto;"

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
