Mr. Tamboly, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Applicant/Original Plaintiff tenders a Schedule of the proposed amendment that is sought to be carried out in the plaint. He submits that the Schedule that is annexed to the Interim Application should be replaced with this Schedule.

The said Schedule is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification and shall be considered for the purposes of the present Interim ------------------------------------- Order dated 5th February 2026

Mr. Tamboly, on instructions of his clients, expressly clarifies that in the present Suit, the Plaintiff is not challenging the Gift Deed dated 13th December 2019. The said statement is accepted. 4.

By consent of parties, the following order is passed :- : ORDER :

(i) The Applicant/Original Plaintiff is permitted to amend the plaint in terms of the Schedule marked 'X' for identification. This amendment shall be carried out on or before 23rd February 2026 and the copy of the amended plaint shall thereafter be served on the Defendants, on or before 27th February 2026.

(ii) The Defendants are permitted to put in their additional Written Statement to the amended plaint, which shall be done, on or before 31st March 2026.

(iii) Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. (iv) There shall be no order as to costs.
