Rejoinder by the Original Plaintiff is taken on record. 2.
In Interim Application Nos. 4043 of 2025 and 4051 of 2025, subject to payment of costs in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- each, which shall be paid within a period of two weeks from today, the delay in filing the Written Statement is condoned, for the reasons set out in the Interim Applications.

Ad-interim arrangements, if any, obtaining as of today shall continue until the next date.

Registry shall accept the Written Statement on record subject to demonstration of the costs being paid. Interim Application Nos.
4043 of 2025 and 4051 of 2025 shall stand disposed of. 5.
List Interim Application No. 4291 of 2025 on January 28, 2026.
