Mr. Bhagat today seeks time to serve the Defendant with the order dated 28 th July 2025, by which this Court had granted the Applicant/Plaintiff further ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). He has, however, pointed out that the Defendant have though served in the past, not appeared at any stage of this proceedings. It is thus, he has prayed that the Interim Application be taken up for final disposal since clearly the Defendants are not desirous of opposing the present Interim Application on merits.
